Description

Three items: an ALS, one page, 8 x 10.5, April 2, 2018, in part: "I like science, and I think it would be great if more people appreciated how useful and cool science was, so it makes me happy to get letters from young people who like science. This discovery really changed the way we view the solar system, even other planetary systems around other stars"; a color 8.5 x 11 laserprint photo of Luu and Jewitt with images locating the Kuiper Belt, signed in blue ballpoint, "Best wishes, Jane"; and a color 8.5 x 11 laserprint photo of Luu standing in front of a sky image with various multicolor loops representing our solar system, signed and inscribed in the lower border in blue ballpoint, "Dear America, Good luck with everything.
