Original painting of the 1954 Topps #127 Del Ennis baseball card, accomplished in acrylic on 20 x 28 stretched canvas by noted baseball artist Andy Jurinko. Signed in the background in paint, "Jurinko 1991." Ennis is shown smiling broadly in his Philadelphia Phillies uniform against a ballpark background, with his signature represented along the bottom. In very good to fine condition, with some surface cracking to the paint. Jurinko was a huge Phillies fan, and much of his work was published in the 2004 book The Heart of the Game: An Illustrated Celebration of the American League, 1946-1960.
