Group of three early 1960s receipts from the Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany, each one page, 5.75 x 4, signed by someone associated with the Star-Club: one dated July 18, [no year], signed by musician Tony Sheridan, an early Beatles collaborator; one dated March 6, 1962, signed by Manfred Weissleder, owner of the Star-Club; and one dated April 24, 1963, signed by Horst Fascher, manager of the Star-Club. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by five modern prints of photos related to the Star-Club. Located in Hamburg, the Star-Club opened on April 13, 1962, and hosted a number of future giants of rock music—most notably, the Beatles plated there in April, May, November, and December 1962. Historic early recordings of the Beatles at the venue were released on the double album Live! at the Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany; 1962.
