Handsome cased set of nine spoons commemorating the coronation of King George VI in 1937, each measuring 5.5″ long, each depicting a member of the royal family: King George VI, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary, Duke of Kent, Duchess of Kent, Princess Margaret Rose, Princess Elizabeth, Duchess of Gloucester, and Duke of Gloucester. The back of each spoon is marked, "Bravingtons E.P.N.S." The case is stamped on the top with a crown and "Coronation 1937," and the inside is marked, "Society of Miniature Rifle Clubs." Also includes official 1937 souvenir coronation blotters honoring King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. In fine condition, with wear and rubbing to the presentation case.
