Partially printed DS, signed “Elizabeth R,” one page, 21 x 16.5, February 25, 1965. Queen Elizabeth appoints David George Crichton as Consul for the Republic of Bolivia, “to reside at La Paz.” Prominently signed in the upper right by the queen, and countersigned by Michael Stewart as secretary of state for foreign affairs. In fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds.
