Sought-after ALS in French, signed “L. Pasteur,” one page, 5.25 x 8, Ecole Normale Superieure letterhead, January 13, 1859. Letter to his colleague, the chemist Alfred Claude Aime Girard. In part (translated): "If you will, our meeting will take place on Sunday at noon instead of 10 am." In fine condition, with some creasing to the lower blank area.
