Fantastic 2.25 x 4 carte-de-visite portrait of Johnson in near profile, boldly signed on the reverse in black ink, “Andrew Johnson, Feb. 14th 1869.” Encapsulated in a plastic PSA/DNA authentication holder. In fine condition. Signed photos of Johnson remain especially scarce, with this example augmented by its uncharacteristic right-facing pose.
