Original bright red tour jacket designed for Presley’s final tour, size medium, featuring a large patch on the left breast reading “Elvis In Concert,” and a “TCB” lighting logo patch on the left sleeve. Manufacturer’s tag reads: “Apollo by Holloway.” In fine condition. These jackets were given to the Memphis Mafia, elite tour members, and close friends; members of the Memphis Mafia can be seen wearing this type of jacket in videos of Elvis’s final concerts. This particular example was obtained from Tom Hulett, a high ranking executive of Concerts West. Concerts West was the tour promoter of every Elvis performance from 1969 until his death. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the original recipient, in part: “Tom Hulett gave me this limited edition Elvis tour coat while visiting him...just prior to the start of Elvis’s last tour. Tom was Elvis’s personal and exclusive concert tour promoter...Tom had a very limited number of the coats made up...they were only given to the Memphis Mafia, elite high-ranking tour members and close friends.”
