In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by David North, in part: “My mother, Helen Weaver North, was General Dwight D. Eisenhower’s personal secretary at NATO Headquarters in Paris from 1951 and his secretary at the White House from 1953–1957.
