Irregularly shaped Command Module cue card used during training for the Apollo 16 mission. Card measures 5.5 x 3.5, is dated December 13, 1971, and is headed at the top, “SPS Burn Rules,” followed by several commands relating to the Service Propulsion System, with the lower portion listing procedures for “early shutdown,” and “no shutdown.” Reverse has three small affixed swatches of Velcro and is labeled in red felt tip, “CMC 15.” In fine condition.
