Unsigned printed membership card booklet for Lee’s Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute, 2.5 x 3.5, filled out inside in type with the member’s information and his signature, with Bruce Lee’s chop mark stamp below as ‘president,’ and three of his chop mark stamps on the right side, indicating third rank.
