Collection of four items: an original 8 x 12 imperial cabinet photo of Doris Keane by Foulsham and Banfield of London, showing Keane, in costume as Madame Cavallini, posed with William Courtenay in a scene from Romance, the play that skyrocketed her to fame, signed and inscribed in black ink to her couturier, “To Tappe, with many kind thoughts, Doris Keane”; a color 4.25 x 2.75 Christmas card signed inside by Anne Brown; a one-page TLS, in Cyrillic, from Lewis Milestone, dated October 19, 1932; and an ALS from Coquelin Cadet, in French, three pages on two adjoining sheets, dated June 21, 1907.
