Letter to Mr. Lichter in response to an “interesting question,” in part: “I consider active affiliation with an organized religion to be a negative factor in the development of a mature individual intellect.” In fine condition, with intersecting mailing folds, one through a single letter of signature, and some scattered trivial creasing.
