In part: “When the 5 year period of appointment of a reserve officer expires, he may be reappointed in his former grade and section…The records of this office show that your present appointment in the Air Corps Reserve will expire on March 15, 1939…In order that a report of reappointment may be made to the War Department it is requested that you secure a report of physical examination.” In very good condition, with overall toning, rusty paperclip marks and impressions to the upper left, and various ink notations to the right border.
