Felt tip signature, “Thor Heyerdahl,” on the reverse of a 5.75 x 4 postcard. In fine condition, with postmark ink slightly affecting the first letter of the signature and corner tip dings. The postcard depicts the famous ‘Kon-Tiki’ raft that Heyerdahl, a Norwegian explorer, used to sail his 1947 expedition across the Pacific Ocean from South America to the Polynesian Islands.
