Off-white hard hat prepared for Fred Haise for use at the Kennedy Space Center. Fiberglass hat has “Haise,” painted across the front, an adjustable head band and elastic chinstrap, and a Mine Safety Appliances Company label on the inside. In fine condition, with expected light scratches and surface wear.
