Huge vellum manuscript DS, in Old English, one page, 26 x 21, January 20, 1660. Indenture involving several parties, signed at the conclusion by eight, almost all signing first name only. The bottom has seven vellum tabs extending down from the edge, with five retaining most of their red wax seals. Document also retains its two revenue stamps. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, and expected toning and soiling. RR Auction COA.
