Partly-printed DS, one page, 7.5 x 6.25, February 12, 1837. Republic of Texas enlistment form reads, in part: “I, Robert Harvey, born in the State of Massachusetts…do hereby acknowledge to have this day voluntarily enlisted as a soldier in the army of the Republic of Texas, for the period of the present War.” In very good condition, with a central horizontal fold, scattered light toning and soiling, and trimmed left edge.
