Memorandum filled out to “Trotsky” in Stilwell’s hand, initialed at the conclusion, “J. W. S.” on an off-white 8 x 10.5 sheet, dated January 7, 1930. In very good condition, with light creasing, pencil notations in another hand, a staple mark towards the top left corner, and two faint paper clip impressions and two punch holes along the top border.
