This National Aeronautics and Space Administration flag was flown aboard the Orbiter ‘Discovery,’ STS-26, September 29–October 3, 1988, commemorating the National Space Transportation System ‘Return to Flight.’” Certificate bears autopen signatures of two NASA officials.
