Original unsigned 1939 color lobby card for The Wizard Of Oz, depicting Dorothy and her friends celebrating their triumphant return to Oz following the death of the Wicked Witch. A small circular area to top left bears a caption which reads “Magic and merriment…color and gayety…as Oz reveals its glories to Dorothy and her friends!” In fine condition, with trivial ding to bottom edge and a few light bends and creases. This scene was cut from the film during post-production, but the lobby cards had already been produced. Originally acquired from the personal collection of Munchkin coroner Meinhardt Raabe.
