AMQS on an off-white 8.5 x 6 musically-lined sheet affixed to a slightly larger piece of off-white cardboard. Van Heusen pens eight bars of music and lyrics to “Love and Marriage,” signing and inscribing along the top edge, with the inscription on the cardboard and signature on the sheet.
