Coburn agrees to terms for his roles in Little Women and The Paradine Case

Three DSs: an agreement between Coburn and Vanguard Films, four pages, 8.5 x 11, October 25, 1946, in part: "The following terms cover…the agreement between us relating to your appearance in…Little Women and The Paradine Case." Signed at the bottom of the last page; addendum between the actor and the aforementioned studio for The Paradine Case, two onionskin pages, 8.5 x 11, March 5, 1947, in part: "Co-star billing, with your name to follow the name of Charles Laughton." Signed at the bottom of the last page; and an agreement between Coburn and the studio "to perform the role of 'James Laurence' in the motion picture now entitled 'Little Women,'" 21 onionskin pages, 8.5 x 11, October 25, 1946. In overall fine condition, with scattered wrinkling and creasing, punch holes along the left side, and staple holes. Accompanied by an unsigned Screen Actors Guild freelance players contract for Coburn's appearance in Made for Each Other. Unique souvenirs of one of Hollywood's most versatile actors. RRAuction COA.
