I had read most of the stories before (I illustrated 2 of them), but it was wonderful having them all together in a contemporary edition-and the bits & pieces of McDonald I hadn’t read before-was a delight & a happy surprise. It is a superb enterprise & I congratulate you. I agree the books are beautifully manufactured-I can’t wait to see & have them!' Reverse of postcard is addressed in Sendak’s hand, and signed again in the return address area, 'M. Sendak.' In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light toning. RRAuction COA.
