Dearborn, as secretary of war, writes George Ingels in Philadelphia. In part: "The articles mentioned in the list which you transmitted should be be delivered…but retained in the arsenal." Intersecting folds, a few creases, and scattered toning and soiling, with a horizontal fold and toning touching his signature, otherwise fine condition. RRAuction COA.
