DS, signed 'T. Pickering' on the front cover, sixteen pages, 8.25 x 13, December 10, 1805. The report, presented to Congress, details the nation’s revenue and receipts. In part: 'The nett [sic] revenue arising from duties on merchandise and tonnage which accrued during the year 1801, amounted to 12,020,279. The nett [sic] revenue arising from the same source, which accrued during the year 1802, amounted to 10,154,564.' Toning and edge chipping, otherwise fine condition.
