Two-time Pulitzer Prize winning American composer (b. 1908). Two one-page questionnaires, both signed “Elliott C. Carter, Jr.,” 8.5 x 14, both dated May 26, 1953, and both filled out in type and signed at the bottom by Carter. Both are for copyright information for two of his works, “String Quartet” (1951) and “Woodwind Quartet” (1948).
