A flown titanium fragment from the wing of an SR-71A Blackbird, USAF SN 61-7970. Fragment measures approximately 17 x 9 and was from a Blackbird that was lost near El Paso, Texas, in a non-fatal mishap on June 17, 1970, when the SR-71 bumped its refueling tanker and crashed after the crew safely ejected.
