DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, 1968. Directors Guild of America annual filing with Kubrick listing his gross earnings for 1968 at $25,000, with Kubrick paying $250 as a member of the guild. Signed in the middle in brown ink by Kubrick, who also prints his name in blue ballpoint under his signature.
