Brief letter to an unidentified recipient. In full: “I authorize Mr. Horton to make a copy of the Italian recitatives which I composed for L’Etoile Du Nord [The North Star] for Messrs Cramer & Beale.” Cramer and Beale were London music publishers and instrument makers.
