Brief letter sent to the staff of the Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute. In full: “I am directed by the Council to inform the teachers that card playing in any form is against the wish and policy of the institution.” In fine condition, with a uniform shade of mild toning, and several vertical folds, a couple lightly affecting signature.
