Description

NATALIE WOOD inscribes a photo to her uncle in the year of her star-making “Miracle” role

Early glossy 8 x 10 photo of the child star, signed and inscribed in ink “For Uncle Sergei, With all my love, Sincerely, Natalie Wood, 6/29/47.” Miracle on 34th Street, the film that first brought Wood to widespread attention, was released a month earlier, on May 2. Slightly irregular ink adhesion, and a few faint impressions and tiny surface marks, otherwise fine condition. A splendid early example with an unusually personal association! RRAuction COA.
