Partly printed DS as President, one page, 19.5 x 15.75, March 1, 1915. An appointment for Silas Hatch Harding as District Superintendent in the Coast Guard. Countersigned by the Secretary of the Treasury. In fine condition, with light horizontal crease through Wilson’s signature, scattered light wrinkles and creases, and a bit of light foxing.
