LS in German, signed “Theodor,” one lightly lined page, 9 x 11.5, ornate Erez Israel, Zionist Congress letterhead, August 17, 1902. Letter to Mr. L.P. Löbl, addressed “Dear Friend.” Herzl writes: “I can only refer you again to the directors' meeting scheduled for October 28 in Vienna. Prior to that, I cannot tell you anything.” In very good condition, with intersecting mailing folds, scattered creasing and wrinkling, a bit of mild toning, and paper loss to lower right edge and corner.
