An amendment to a previous agreement between Cooper and Allied Artists Pictures for the film Friendly Persuasion, relating to the possibility of an outright sale of the film. Though Cooper's performance was widely praised, he himself hated the movie, describing it as a "boring piece of crap." Signed on the second page by Cooper.
