Hockey Hall of Famer (1902–1985) who, in the 1930s, was the only NHL defenseman to win the Hart Trophy as MVP four times, and who led the Boston Bruins to Stanley Cup titles in 1929 and 1939. Three business checks from the Eastern States Coliseum, 1964–1971, each filled out in another hand and signed by Shore.
