Vintage matte-finish 7.5 x 9.5 photo of Hoover with a dog, signed and inscribed in ink, “To Robert Gros with kindest regards of Herbert Hoover.” A very subtle hint of soiling, small abrasion touching last letter of recipient’s name, light paperclip impression and small corner bend, and a few faint, tiny marginal spots, otherwise fine condition.
