Signed in ink on the title page. Housed in a custom slipcase. In poor to fair condition, with covers detached, cracking and wear to leather, several loose pages, tape repairs at front and back hinges, several pages detached, front and rear blanks missing (possible loss of a few pages at end), toning and staining (slightly touching last name), and a few tears, holes, and chips (including signed page).
