Stephens, Esq., Hamilton, Ga.” and franked in the top right, “Free, A. H. Stephens MC.” Even overall toning, “free” stamp lightly touching signature, a bit of light soiling, and pencil notation to bottom left, otherwise very good condition. R&R COA.
