Franking signature, “Free, Alexander Stephens, MC,” on a 5.25 x 3 mailing envelope addressed in his hand to John Stephens in LaGrange, Georgia and bearing a Crawfordsville postmark. Chips and tears to edges (near but not touching signature) and light scattered soiling and toning, otherwise very good condition. The signature is otherwise unaffected. R&R COA.
