Two items: vintage glossy 8 x 10 photos, signed and inscribed in green ink, “To Carolyn from Louis Armstrong, Satchmo”; and a vintage green ink signature, “Best wishes from Louis Armstrong,” on a yellow 4 x 5.5 album page also signed by Jack Teagarden, Timmie Richardson, Velma Middleton, Cozy Cole, Earl “Fatha” Hines, and Barney Bigard. The album page has been affixed to the reverse of an album jacket. Matted and framed together to an overall size of 21.5 x 27.5. In good condition, with torn corner, faint staining, emulsion cracks, rippling, small creases (one to nose), and slightly irregular ink adhesion to photo, and creasing, wrinkling, soiling, faint staining, and show-through of glue and jacket photo to album page.
