Signer of the U.S. Constitution from Maryland (1723–1790). ADS, signed “Dan. of St. Thos. Jenifer”,” one page, 12.25 x 7.25, August 1789. An account in the settlement of an estate. In good condition, with intersecting folds (a few associated holes and chips with tape repairs), two marginal losses each to left and right edges, and scattered soiling, staining, and handling wear.
