Color vintage glossy 5 x 3.5 candid photo of Ike waving from an open convertible as part of a motorcade, the reverse date-stamped March 1959, signed as president in black ink. Accompanied by a TLS of transmittal on White House letterhead, signed by Ike’s well-known secretary Ann C. Whitman, sending thanks to the original photographer and enclosing the photo.
