Commemorative cover bearing a cachet honoring Marshall, postmarked November 11, 1945, with a block of four stamps depicting U. S. troops marching under the Arc de Triomphe, signed on the front in black ink by Marshall. Accompanied by an FDC bearing a cachet honoring Douglas MacArthur, signed in blue ink by his widow, Jean MacArthur. Some scattered mild toning and soiling, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
