Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1730–1779). Docket panel from a larger document, signed “G. Ross Attny,” 3.5 x 6, for a case between Joseph Simons and Benjamin Nathan, dated November 1773. In very good condition, with tape repairs to separations on reverse, a few small areas of paper loss, and light creasing and toning.
