Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 15.5 x 9.75, January 4, 1831. A grant for a parcel of land in Alabama issued to John R. Drink. The document retains its embossed paper seal at lower left. In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds (light vertical folds to signature), light toning and soiling, and two losses to bottom edge (which could be partly matted out).
