Engraved certificate for two shares of stock in the Minnesota Gold Mining Company issued to Walter W. Webb, 11 x 6.5, March 19, 1866, signed “H. H. Sibley” as president. Two very faint vertical folds, otherwise fine, clean condition. R&R COA.
