Vintage matte-finish 8 x 9.75 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “For Oscar Chapman with esteem and every good wish, John Kennedy.” Chapman (1896–1978) served as Secretary of the Interior for the last three years of the Truman Administration. In very good to fine condition, with very slight trimming to top edge, skinning to reverse of upper right corner (resulting in small edge chip), and the signature ink a few shades lighter than remainder (remaining fully legible).
