Very nice engraved portrait of Roosevelt, 11 x 14, inscribed in a calligrapher’s hand, “To F. R. Moran, for his help in the fight against infantile paralysis,” and signed underneath in black ink, “Franklin D. Roosevelt.” Moran was the Motion Picture Chairman of the March of Dimes in Des Moines, Iowa in 1943. In fine condition, with slight edge toning, and a few trivial spots of foxing.
