Son of President Abraham Lincoln (1843–1926) who served as Secretary of War in the Garfield and Arthur administrations. Partly printed DS, signed “Robert T. Lincoln,” one page, 8.5 x 14, May 1, 1905. A lease for three rooms in the General Office Building in Pittsburgh by the Pennsylvania Company to the Pullman Company. The document is accompanied by a blueprint of the space in question. In very good condition, with file holes, light soiling, wrinkling, and handling wear, and slight blot to one letter of first name. R&R COA.
